This is the fourth time that KongZi Institute cooperates with the Fifth College UM. Associate Prof. Dr. Nor Zalina Mahmood, Malaysian Director of Kong Zi Institute UM noted in her opening remarks that the culture night is an important culture promotion event, which is always supported by KongZi Institute. Dr. Zabdi, the Principal of Fifth College expressed his gratitude to KongZi Institute and he hoped this cooperation could continue further in the future.
The performance on the culture night was wonderful and creative. The 24-season drum performance was superb playing to the tunes of four seasons in different drumbeats. The popular pop song “Happened to Meet You” was applauded by the students who sang along with the singer. The most brilliant performance Sand Drawing won rounds of applauses during the whole event. The show which was planned and directed by the students were humorous sometime that throw the evening with laughter and joy.
马来亚大学第五宿舍区成功举办第四届中国文化之夜
4月5日，马来亚大学孔子学院与马来亚大学第五宿舍区共同举办了“中国文化之夜”活动。本次活动的主题是“忆”，忆昔抚今，忆苦思甜。“中国文化之夜”吸引了400余马来亚大学师生前来观看。
本次中国文化之夜是马来亚大学孔子学院与马来亚大学第五宿舍区的第四次合作 ，孔子学院外方院长DR. Alin在开幕式上表示，此类文化活动对民族团结十分重要，马来亚大学孔子学院作为中马合作的文化促进和传播机构非常支持此类活动，相信会极大的促进两国友谊和文化认同。第五宿舍区总监扎比迪博士在发言中对孔子学院的支持表示感谢，并希望双方的合作能够延续下去。
